If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request.
Note:Any request after 30 days will not be honored.
How to Cancel Order:
You can cancel orders within 24H of purchase and you will receive a full refund.

Under what circumstances will you provide a refund after shipped.
THE SHIPPING TIME WAS TOO LONG AND IT WAS NOT DELIVERED
We offer a full refund if the package is not delivered more than 45 days (US, CA, EU, AU) or 60 days (other countries) after it is declared shipped.
THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS.
If the package has arrived at a location different from the recipient’s address, we will full refund or re-ship new one.
THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER BECAUSE AN INVALID ADDRESS WAS PROVIDED.
We offer partial refunds or re-ship of returned packages.
THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO ITS SENDER BUT THE ADDRESS WAS VALID AND CORRECT.
We will be happy to re-ship of returned packages.
THE POST OFFICE PROVIDED A NOTICE THAT THE PACKAGE WAS LOST IN THE MAIL.
We will offer full refund or re-ship new one.
How do you handle orders that are process delay?
In the rare case (Sales season or other reasons), if the order exceeds the stated processing time for more than 3 Working days, we will provide 10%-30% compensation
About refund amount of return:
For returned items, Full refund will be credited for defective products.
For non-defective items, Refund excludes shipping cost.

When will i receive my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
- If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
